Overdraft Privilege
1
Gain additional convenience and flexibility in managing your funds with First Banking Center's Overdraft Privilege program. If you've ever made a mistake in your checking account or written a check for more money than the available balance in your account, you are aware of the expenses and problems associated with inadvertent overdrafts. FBC's Overdraft Privilege program can help you avoid these situations. Rather than automatically returning, unpaid, any non-sufficient fund items that you may have, we will consider, without obligation on our part, payment of your reasonable overdrafts, as long as you maintain your account in good standing. This means that you may receive fewer charges from retailers from returned checks and less aggravation and embarrassment.

Direct Deposit
Arrange to have your payroll, social security, or any other recurring check automatically transferred into your bank account. With Direct Deposit you no longer have to rush to the bank before it closes to cash a check or to cover any checks you've already written. Additionally, you will no longer have to wait for your money to be available with your ATM or debit card; direct deposit money is available immediately.

Gold Club
Are you age 55 or better and interested in getting free and discounted bank services? FBC's Gold Club is a special service offered to customers who maintain an FBC checking account and hold a minimum balance of $5,000 in either a checking account, savings account, money market account, or certificate of deposit. (Spousal joint accounts meet club requirements for both husband and wife.)

1 We reserve the right to require you to pay your outstanding overdraft (negative) balance, including our fees, immediately or on demand. Whether your overdrafts will be paid is discretionary and we reserve the right not to pay.  For example, we typically do not pay overdrafts if your account is not in good standing or you are not making regular deposits, or you are in default on a loan, or you have too many overdrafts. A fee may be imposed for covering an overdraft (negative) balance created by check, in-person withdrawal, ATM withdrawal, or other electronic means. Our normal fees and charges including, without limitations are currently $27 per non-sufficient fund (NSF) or overdraft (OD) item, as set forth in our fee schedule (daily limit of six).
