When you have the unfortunate occurence of a claim, we want the process to go as smooth as possible. Please follow the steps below to report your claim.
Report to Agent:
- Within 72 hours of discovery, if a loss is anticipated on any unit.
- No later than 15 days after the earliest of the:
- Total destruction of the insured crop on the unit,
- Harvest of the unit, or
- Calendar date for the end of the insurance period.
- Submit the claim within 60 days of the end of the insurance period.
For PP notices, must be reported within 72 hours of:
- After the final planting date if insured is not going to plant in the LP period, if applicable, or
- When the insured determines crop will not be planted within any applicable late planting period.
