| Responsibilities: |
Supervising the tellers at Burlington and Mini, while reporting
to the Branch Manager.
Performing daily teller transactions and other teller duties,
including Vault and ATM.
Scheduling for Burlington and Mini.
Coaching, mentoring, and training of teller staff.
Recruiting, evaluating performance, and disciplinary action.
Preparing monthly and quarterly reports and performing audits
of teller drawers.
Providing friendly, professional service while effectively cross-
selling products/services to new and existing customers.
Supporting sales goals and cross-sales efforts within the branch
and assisting the staff in meeting their personal sales goals.
Promoting a positive environment within the branch.
Implementing changes to procedures in order to effectively
follow the policies of the bank.
Additional other duties as assigned. |
| Qualifications: |
Must have at least 3 years banking experience.
Previous leadership and supervisory experience.
Must have previous teller experience.
The understanding of the proper running of a branch.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Knowledge of bank products and sales skills are a must.
Must have computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel). |

Open all incoming commercial loan applications.
Process and disburse all commercial loan files.
Maintain physical Commercial Loan Files - updating info as
necessary.
Maintain log of files out of officers or out of Loan Support
Services reviews.
Handle officer requests for information from files.
Process paid notes, sending appropriate copies to customer.
Handle Real Estate Collateral Satisfactions.
Insurance follow-up.
Sort and distribute miscellaneous mail.
Various other duties.

| Qualifications: |
A minimum of 3 years of Commercial Loan Processing experience
is required.
Must be highly organized.
Attention to detail and accuracy is a must.
Possess strong communication skills.
Good working knowledge of computer software (Word, Excel,
etc.) is required.

Experience with Ag loan documentation is a plus.

| Job Summary: |
Work closely with the Director of Retail Operations in the
strategic planning, development, and implementation of goals
and vision for the entire Retail Operations Division, as well as
setting and achieving the retail operational goals set forth for the
branches within designated district.
Manage, develop, and coach Branch Managers within designated
district. Assist and guide Managers in developing their staff,
making sound business decisions, establishing effective operating
procedures, and ensuring all bank policies and legal requirements
are met.
Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained in the
primary branch and designated district. Ensure staff is
knowledgeable on all bank products and services, sales
opportunities are acted upon, and referrals to other business
lines are achieved as appropriate.
Organize team atmosphere and develop professional
communication across branch and department network.
Encourage positive morale and personal development to create
an atmosphere of service, cooperation, and success.
Effectively manage the operational activities of the primary
branch while also overseeing and/or providing direct service to
customers as it relates to consumer loans, new accounts, and
teller line.
In conjunction with the Facilities Manager, maintain the primary
branch facility and equipment and recommend cost effective
improvements that will enhance the customer experience. |
| Qualifications: |
10+ years related experience in branch operations (New
Accounts, Consumer Loans, Teller Line, Vault, ATM, etc.)
Experience managing multiple bank locations highly preferred.
Proven management and leadership skills; ability to guide and
motivate staff.
Relevant background and knowledge of bank products, policies,
and procedures is required.
Good judgment and good decision making skills necessary.
Strong communication, human relations, and customer service
skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to perform multiple duties and work under pressure. |
