Customer Service Representative

Location: Darlington

Full or Part Time: Part Time (Around 20-25 hours per week); Must work every Saturday; Must be flexible.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily customer transactions in an accurate, efficient, and friendly manner.
  • Provide friendly & professional service to new and existing customers.
  • Use good judgment and established procedures to reduce losses and minimize cash variations.
  • Assist with opening and/or end of day procedures.
  • Perform various other teller duties.

Qualifications:

  • Prior teller or cash handling experience is preferred.
  • Customer service skills are required.
  • Strong people skills are a must.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment.
  • Must have basic computer skills.

Customer Service Representative

Location: Kenosha

Full or Part Time: Part Time (25-30 hours per week), including every Saturday; Must be flexible.

  • Cross-sell products/services to new and existing customers.
  • Perform various other teller duties.

Customer Service Representative/Personal Banker

Location: Shullsburg

Full or Part Time: Part Time (Approximately 25 hours per week); Must work Saturdays; Must be flexible.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily customer transactions in an accurate, efficient, and friendly manner.
  • Provide professional customer service to new and existing customers.
  • Open and close accounts (deposit, savings, IRAs, etc.) for customers.
  • Effectively cross-sell products/services to new and existing customers.
  • Various other duties.

Qualifications:

  • Previous banking experience is required.
  • Personal Banking experience is preferred.
  • Vault and ATM experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of bank products and sales skills are a must.
  • Outstanding customer service skills required!
  • Enthusiasm, initiative, and a positive attitude!
  • Must be able to work in a team environment.

Online Customer Service Coordinator

Location: Lake Geneva

Full or Part Time: Full Time

Responsibilities: Include, but are not limited to:

  • To be the lead of product development as it relates to BancVue Products.
  • Assist with developing FBC's strategies as it relates to the future of our online customer base (i.e., Service, Support, Vision, Structure, etc).
  • Assist with developing FBC's strategies as it relates to Servicing all FBC customers via phone &/or Internet (this could include online customers as well as the traditional Retail branch customer).
  • Propose and/or recommend the creation, generation, and distribution of a wide variety of various reports (i.e., Excel, BIC, etc).
  • Help answer questions from employees at the Retail Support Help Desk.
  • Assist and support training Retail employees in various retail-related topics.
  • Other projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Thorough working knowledge of Teller Operations and Personal Banking. Knowledge of vault balancing a plus.
  • Thorough working knowledge of Retail products and services is required.
  • Must have advanced understanding of computer programs such as Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Must have ability to use judgment and make decisions with situations that don't offer a specific policy or procedure.
  • Online account origination experience is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of FIS/Metavante operating systems or related bank platform software.
  • Experience with report generation with a database system (i.e., BIC, Access, etc).
  • Be a self starter.
  • Must have exceptional customer service skills (phone and e-mail).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Must be detailed-oriented and possess strong organizational skills.
  • Must be Tech Savvy.
  • Management and/or supervisory experience is preferred.
